Default Hmmm?

Right so ive got my routine sorted, got my stats and diet figures which are:-

19 yoa

10.5 stone/147 lbs

Daily maintenence kcal=1860 (im a skinny guy)

Protein/carbs/fat = 188/188/40g

Each meal=32/32/7g for 6 meals a day. Just struggling with meal ideas which ive gotta keep simple for work and budget, and also when is it a good time to start incorporating supps in to my meals. I think and know that i am gonna struggle to gain a lot because of my fast metab'.

blend up some oats - add a banana whey protein and 1 pint of skimmed milk.

its much easier to drink calories.

try and aim for 2500 for a start than slowly build up calories.
if youre doing the big compound exercises in a productive routine which isnt too frequent youre appetite will increase loads!

this is every skinny guys excuse. you're still young so your metabloic rate is fairly high, but as you said, you're 10.5 stone. which means you don't eat much, ergo, a slow metabolism. you're naturally small, guess what, so were probably 90% of bodybuilders before they started training, ergo once more, the reason why they started training. keep it simple, consistant and put in the effort, and you'll grow like stink.

good luck.
