| Under Construction Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Warwickshire Posts: 16 Rep Power: ![]() | Right so ive got my routine sorted, got my stats and diet figures which are:- 19 yoa 10.5 stone/147 lbs Daily maintenence kcal=1860 (im a skinny guy) Protein/carbs/fat = 188/188/40g Each meal=32/32/7g for 6 meals a day. Just struggling with meal ideas which ive gotta keep simple for work and budget, and also when is it a good time to start incorporating supps in to my meals. I think and know that i am gonna struggle to gain a lot because of my fast metab'. ______________________ We All gotta Start Somewhere! |

| Illuminati | blend up some oats - add a banana whey protein and 1 pint of skimmed milk. its much easier to drink calories. try and aim for 2500 for a start than slowly build up calories. if youre doing the big compound exercises in a productive routine which isnt too frequent youre appetite will increase loads! ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
