i'm on a bulking diet so i need high carb food so have been taking new potatoes to work (have to eat all food cold at work). Just wondering if sweet potatoes would be any better for me in terms of giving me more bulk?
cheers

i think in terms of nutritional value sweet potato is a better option, but if your bulking i dont think it will make much difference... HOWEVER if you enjoy eating them get them in.. wont do you any harm!
