| Under Construction | ay everybody alright so i got a few qestions about dieting im 19 years old and ive been liftin weights regularly since i was 16, im in fairley good shape, for my size and weight im pretty strong i think. the problem is im not cut. i know my diet could be better without a doubt but its so hard! with my parents gettin fast food and all the junk food in the house.i just want to be good size, lean and have a six pack. But the will power is so hard to not eat the junk food. can anybody give any ideas on what to eat so i can get lean and maybe break my bad eating habbits, i really dont like salads but i guess if thats the only way its the only way LOL. Thanks for your time. |

If you like, work it into your diet. They are a clean carb source and you won't be hungry as much so you will have less cravings. Basmati rice is cheap too. So you shouldn't have a problem fitting it into your 19 year old budget. I just started a new eating plan, I am not perfect but the fat is fallin off. Like Neil said, your results will be evidence of you dedication. | Under Construction Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: northern welshlands Posts: 89 Rep Power: ![]() | have you tried talking to your parents about it? afterall its not just your health you're thinking of...its theirs aswell!! why don't you try going shopping with your parents and suggest buying different foods...or suggest you cook a meal for them! that way your the 1 in control of what you all eat. if they still don't wana change their ways, then tell them you wana make your own meals from now on...thats what i did. i'm a full time student living on a limited budget, and i manage to eat reasonably clean. as its been said, ITS A MATTER OF HOW MUCH YOU WANT IT!
