Thumbs up Bulk/Cut Help!!! Thanks

Hey all

What sort of diet could i go on if i want to try and lose some bodyfat, but increase muscle mass. Very trickey. Its because im a decent size but want to get bigger but also wana lose some unwanted bodyfat along the way.

I wll also post this in the training section as it sounds like abit of both to be honest.

Thanks for all help

MArk

Generally impossible, but with a good, clean diet you will lose BF and some hard work in the gym and you will atleast maintain muscle.
That's what I'm doing right now. Good Luck in you endevours.

Personally i think that as soon as you start bulking up u'll start putting on fat again anyway.

Hard one this, near enough imposible but im in the same boat at the moment.

The way to go i believe from a lot of research is:

1.Poridge breakfast everyday - will fuel your body and reduces cholesterol.

2.6-7 meals a day

3.very high protien diet - more calories means more muscle but if you make alot of your calorie intake protiens then you wont put on too much body fat.

4.no carbs 3-4 hours before bed

5.low intensity cardio for 20-30mins max of 3 times per week on an empty stomach (idealy in first thing in the mornig)

6.suitable weight training program less reps MORE WEIGHT!

think just about everyone wants to bulk without putting on bf.
and as everyone keeps saying, a clean diet, along with intense training and you'll naturally keep off/lose bf.

personally, i'm not too bothered about putting a bit extra on my love handles. its just a bit extra to keep me warm on the cold nights
will worry bout it nearer the warmer months.
