Default Non workout days nutrition

Hey, Just curious about others' bulking diets on days when they are not training.
For example
Less carbs but same calories?
Less carbs and less calories?
etc

Its just that im not sure whether to keep my diet the sam eon non training days as i understand this is when you grow and just cut out the PWO shake (50g whey and 50g dextrose)

Many thanks Denis

well in that case lee my diet has been totally off today, lee. Only got proper carbs in at breakfast(100g oats) and at meal 2 which was just a wholemeal bagel with a chicken breast and salad. All my other meals have been carbs from veg(i.e fibrous carbs, which as discussed dont really count)
