Less carbs and less calories? etc Its just that im not sure whether to keep my diet the sam eon non training days as i understand this is when you grow and just cut out the PWO shake (50g whey and 50g dextrose) Many thanks Denis | |

| well in that case lee my diet has been totally off today, lee. Only got proper carbs in at breakfast(100g oats) and at meal 2 which was just a wholemeal bagel with a chicken breast and salad. ______________________ Not try to outdo anyone else, just outdo yourself | |
