| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 98 Rep Power: ![]() | Ive decided to expand my menu from oatmeal and yams and add some whole grain brown rice today, but i noticed when i boiled it it was still a little starchy. was i wrong, was it not starch? and is this that bad for me? thanks to anyone who can reply to this |
