| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 42 Rep Power: ![]() | I am sorry if this is in wrong thread, didn't know which to put it. I have gained 30 lbs in last 6 to 7 weeks. I can't tell a difference in mirror as far as being fatter or more buff. Is this a good thing or bad thing. Please tell me your opinions and if its bad what should I do about it. The only thing I have changed recently is workout. I have been lifting heavy for about a month. |
