Because of the digestion issues water retention, bloating, decreased metabolism, increased gastric upset (wind, sh1ts, burping) are all results of dairy produce consumption in many. Think about this, we would never drink milk in its natural state, if you were walking home and were super thirsty with no opportunity to any other drink you would you jumb imto a field and start suckinig on a cows teat? Milk is designed for baby cows, would we drink pigs, dogs, horse milk? It almost seems unthinkable but thanks to the British government and the Milk Marketing Board we have bovine milk pushed at us from childhood. So the moral of the story is avoid milk and dairy produce as much as possible. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! Thanks ______________________ 37 years of being fat, thats enough the cut me starts now |
