Question Dairy products - soft look

Hi all

Why are dairy products meant to give you a soft look over other protein sources.

Thanks

Dairy products make you look soft because the body struggles to process them properly, in in 5 western Europeans are intolerant to milk, this number is higher among blacks, orientals and asians.

Because of the digestion issues water retention, bloating, decreased metabolism, increased gastric upset (wind, sh1ts, burping) are all results of dairy produce consumption in many.

Think about this, we would never drink milk in its natural state, if you were walking home and were super thirsty with no opportunity to any other drink you would you jumb imto a field and start suckinig on a cows teat?

Milk is designed for baby cows, would we drink pigs, dogs, horse milk? It almost seems unthinkable but thanks to the British government and the Milk Marketing Board we have bovine milk pushed at us from childhood.

So the moral of the story is avoid milk and dairy produce as much as possible.

I personally think milk is an excellent way to get in extra calories, its good for bulking up, especially for people who struggle to put on weight or cant handle all that solid food.

But as extreme said, as long as you are not lactose intolorent.

Bulldozer

thanks for that, I only normally drink skimmed milk, I am thinking more of cottage cheese and yogurt etc, would these be ok, or can you advise of any high protein foods that are quite cheap and should be used in a cutting diet.

Thanks
