Hi this has been lifted straight off another site but seems ideal if you are struggling to consume enough calories each day.

500ml Semi Skimmed Milk
100g Extreme Performance Mass
40g Extreme Performance Whey

5g Glutamine
5g Creatine CEE

This gives you the following:

Milk: 240 Cal / 16.5g P / 25g C / 8g F
Mass: 391 Cal / 35g P / 52g C / 4g F
Whey: 190 Cal / 30g P / 5g C / 2g F

Totals:
821 Calories
81.5g Protien
82g Carbs
14g Fat

Hope this helps, BigDom

I`d go with Kruzs` suggestion-
i have a sneaking suspicion that your shifts are a major factor here tho.
