She said what do you want that for? So I immediately responded .....'what, you mean apart from the bleed%$ obvious, I want it to dry my hair of course'! Which caused a minor domestic. Now the missus is not of the sporting fraternity, she thinks a barbell is something down the local Red Lion, so I gave up the possibility of tapping her clearly superior knowledge on what to do with it when she suggested a very painful solution. So....anyone got any tried and tested protein/power/smothie recipes I can try when Father Christmas brings it? Cheers Verne |

| Making Progress Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Belfast Posts: 107 Rep Power: ![]() | You can make a nice smoothie without a machine - blend a banana, some low fat yoghurt, juice of 1 orange. You can add strawberries, or honey or even a knob of ginger. Or some protein powder. Or ditch the orange juice and add a tablespoon of peanut butter. It helps if the banana is well ripe - makes it taste nicer; and the joghurt is set - makes it easier to drink. |
