Rep Power: Chucky
Default Protein bars

Are these worth taking?

If so what can you recommend?

Thanks.

depends. if you have a choicen bewteen a proper planned bodybuilding meal and a protein bar.... then the real food is better for me!

if its a case of are they worth taking to supplement my diet (i.e. as an extra meal or when real food is not available) then yes they can be really useful!

theres good ones and bad ones... id reccomend having a look at www.extremenutrition.co.uk these are good and should be well worth the price... (also 25% off for muscechat members)

they are also releasing a new recipe version of them soon... not sure if they are out yet though!

I make my own, then I can get them to the right taste without the gloopy residue in me gob I get from others. Blaaaa,., and no wind !

Basic mix plus you're favourite protien powder. And you can adjust the carbs etc to what ever cycle you are doing at the time,., Bulk, Mass, Cutting etc....

Hold on, I'll get the missus to get the recipes if ya mant !

Thats cool Thornton, whats your recipe?

I also have been making my own in the past.
