Default Why do I feel drained???

This morning whilst doing my cardio I could have keeled over I was that knackered, my legs feel like lead weights. I've been feeling like this now for over 3 weeks, I don't know if I'm taking enough fuel on board or not, when I'm at work I'm struggling to lift anything onto the truck, my diet and workout consists of this,

5am wake up coffee.
6am gym weights
PWO whey in water.
10am chicken breast with salad and wholemeal roll.
12pm small tin of tuna with banana.
1pm large salad with fish.
2pm whey in water.
4pm 3 rice cakes + apple
5pm boxing for hour and a half.
7pm turkey slices with veg.

I do cardio on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I go boxing 3 times a week.

I thought that was enough mate honestly, I'm not looking to gain anymore mass I'm just looking at maintaining now, injuries have forced me to stop lifting heavy weights and concentrate on keeping my bodyfat at a safe level.

ah dude hes right ur only carbs are 3 rice cakes and thats like 30 grams per day. Even bodybuilders "cutting" up take about 100 grams a day. And ur not eating before or after ur workout. u should take in some quality carbs about an hour before u train and some simple carbs right after u train ( along with ur protein).

try this out, u wont get "pudgy" doing all that cardio u do and u wont feel drained all day. other than a ;acl of carbs, everything else seems pretty clean.

try eating a banana if nothing else before training-
you will notice the difference.

I'm a bit funny with breakfast I can't eat anything until I've been up a few hours.

I'll give the banana a go in the morning and see how I get on. Thanks for your help lads.

The reason you are feeling so low is because not enough carbs....

Ok lads I stuffed some oats a banana and some Whole earth peanut butter down me this morning before I hit the gym, I struggled to start but halfway through my workout I started to hammer the weights, when I did my cardio I could have gone on all day long
