Default Rest...week off??

Do you all do maintenance calories on a week off to rest.

Been training quite intense lately and feel I need to recharge the old batteries.

Had two weeks off in June for a holiday but only the odd day in between training schedule apart from that as follows....

Mon, Tues, OFF WED, Thu, Fri, OFF SAT, Sun

Cheers Chell.
