Default does my diet still need improvement?

11am-whole grain wheat cereal with vitamin a&d fat free milk & a protein shake(protein shake is 600calories 50gprotein)

1pm-2 bannanas & 99% fat free peach yugort & 100% squeezed orange juice not from concentrate

3pm-tuna in vegatable oil & protein shake(600 calories50mg of pro)

5pm-chicken breast with brown rice and sweet potatoe and a side of green peas & protein shake (shake is600calories)

7pm-1 bannana,tuna & nuts(nuts 0g trans fat & 2g saturated fat)& orange juice not from concentrate

9pm-protein shake -11pm salad (tomatoe and lettuce)
