I mentioned it to coach once and he just drew his breath and shook his head. I fancy having a good old fashioned Sunday roast tonight. I don't mind substituting the roast potatoes with parsnips and sweet potatoes but is gravy a complete no-no. If it is, any suggestions to an alternative?I find a roast so dry without. |
