Default Loss of appetite

For the first time in my life i'm struggling to eat enough !

Just started ramping up my food for my lean bulking for the winter, really finding it hard to eat enough, currently consuming about 3500 cals but ideally want 4000 - 4500....

I've been having real late nights and not eating as regularly as possible (hey, but shes fit and from Finland), any tips on how to get my old monstrous hungry self back?

blend your protein with some ice cream... and lick it off! of course!!

dont think shell approve of the chicken option tho!!! lol

I agree wholeheartedly. I was just concerned that Nick's fit Finn may be shocked at the idea of becoming a human chicken fondue.Pehaps I'm being old-fashioned :?

My mate is here at the moment and has just read this and suggested that maybe he could try a meal from every orifice.Now I think that's disgusting and don't condone such talk - I'm just trying to look out for fit Finn

To be serious for a sec, i can say with 99% certainty it's because you're not getting enough rest. That will knock out your appetite every time.
