Default diet ive been on for 2.5 months

ok heres my diet iev been , ive been trying to trim up my belly and maintain muscle. kind of hard but it has been working so far, but im looking for anything to fine tune it or opinions ( and i also need to get some pics up, working on that atm) all meals are 2-3 hours apart from oneanother

here goes ( i work shift work, so heres what it looks like on a day shift)

Wake up meal 1: Bowl of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, wholewheat flaxseed cracker, whey protein

TRAIN

Meal 2 right after: Muscle milk ( 32 gram prtein, 18 grams of fat, healthy fat, 12 grams of carbs) chicken breast, sweet potatoe and 2 omega 3 eggs

snack (3): can of tuna, half can of green beans

mea (4)l: chicken breast, half can of mushrooms, hand full of almonds, fat free cheese ( about 12 grams of prtein in serving)

Meal (5): 2-3 omega 3 eggs, 4 slices of smoked turkey , proetein drink

snack (6 ) before bed: muscle milk with skim milk, 3 tbs of p-butter

Ive had some good results with this, first month were even less carbs and i was looking very small and didnt like it, so i follow this for 2-3 days then ill carb load some other days, adding wheat bread and rice in my later meals.

any recommendations are well appreciated

P.S. and yes i HATE eating now, so mundane and boring, but its worth it

P.P.S.; ive lost bout 7-10 pounds on this, all from my mid section, gained some definition and even some veins

I weight train 4 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days at 40 min- 1 hour.

yea i was just looking at some of these diets and am i the ony one who doesnt weight everything? i go by approximates, like my "bowl of oatmeal". its always the same amount, roughly in the bowl lol and i estimate it at about 1 cup-1.5 cup.

And other things, like a handful of almonds instead xxgrams.

I just try to avg 40 g of protein a meal, get sufficient fibre and i take in alot of fat per day ( good fat) but its prob not always the same and id say i take in like 70-100 grams of fat a day ( that includes my supplements, which are 18 grams per serving i take 2 a day) My carbs are generally low, anywheres from 100- 200 grams a day and maybe 300 on a carb loading day.

like i said im more defined than ive ever been and i keep getting harder and my abs are getting better

anyways, maybe i should accuarately weigh my meals? i have no clue how many calories i take in per day. i do know its over 2000, easily. how can i figure this out?

i dont bother - i just eat as much as i can-
if its enuff you`ll gain.
i think overeating is not a good idea-
nice lean bulk is what you want
