Simply because these are my pre workout meal... yet because of this when I try and have my post workout shake (whey protein/dextrose in milk) I feel very sick and cant finish it. I took it about half an hour before my workout so an hour between them. Could I take it earlier to keep a high amino acid count in the blood and eat some solid food inbetween to stop the sick feeling of loads of milk? |
