Default New maintenace diet required

I'm where I need to be regarding my diet, now I need a diet to maintain where I am, I'm 6ft 4ins with a 34 inch waist, I don't need a bulking diet like I said just one to maintain the goals I've got to.

Cheers lads

yes mate it does help i would say that you need to stop the running and walk at a decent pace as running will be catabolic especially after a leg session.

you do need to answer the above questions as well mate..

My metabloice rate is normal, I have to watch what I eat though, my current diet consits of chicken, salmon, tuna, baked potatoes and 4 protien drinks a day, I try to keep off the bread because it holds water, I rarely drink alcohol.
