Through the week i stick to the same diet plan, but when it comes to the weekend i don't know what to eat(I don't train on the weekend). What do you guys eat on the weekend? Do you eat the same as through the week. Your help would be very grateful. |

I think a lot depends on what your goals are and how strict you've been during th week. I know others don't necessarily agree with me on this but I think its okay to have a couple of cheat meals a week (not a couple of cheat days!).Therefore, if I've been strict all week, I might have a takeaway over the weekend. For example, I've had a good week and this morning I went out to get the papers. There's a cafe at the top of my road and the smell can be very seductive. So I treated myself to a bacon sandwich. My wife has just come back from the shops with some samosas and I might have one of them tomorrow. Nothing over the top, just a treat as its hard to be strict all the time Having said that, if I do slip up in the week, the diet at the weekend will be the same as the rest of the week - i.e. very strict |

Is there a reason why you only have two solid meals during the day?I would be aiming to add some oats at breakfast and have the 8.30 meal soon after your training |
