Rep Power: Squatty is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Spreading Meals Out

I started back working my normal hours this week and am back to the old problem of how to get the necessary food down me with limited time to spare.

This is how it goes:
I train from 9am to 10am (beforehand I would have had 100g of oats and a pro-mass shake)
Straight from training I go and have tuna, jacket and veg.
I then work through from 11 to 4, with a five minute break at five to the hour. So for the last few days I have been splitting things up like this:
12am: Chicken breast & rice cake
1pm: Pro-mass
2pm: Chicken breast
3pm: Homemade brocolli soup (foul but quick)

The other alternative would be to make up a huge bowl of chicken, rice and salad and eat that throughout the working day

What are people's opinions on this, particularly is there a better way of going about it.

Thanks
Mark
