I guess I already know what sacrifices are going to have to be made but I was wondering how people have managed mentally to sustain their diet at this time Since my chat with my coach last week, we've been looking at starting the cut 20/22 weeks out - I'd already worked out that would mean starting the first week of December. It hit home last night when my wife was looking through a Christmas catalogue and going - "Oh, that will be nice. Oh yes,we'll have some of them etc etc". I've been very good with my diet so far and am pretty confident about my willpower, but this looks like an especially testing time Anyway, how have other people managed? |

I'm getting my bf checked on Wednesday and I'll post that up because I think that will have some bearing on my calculations. It was 16 six weeks ago but I ate appalingly on holiday so it may have gone up slightly. I guess my basic logic was that this is completely unknown territory for me, so the longer I give it the better chance I give myself. Anyways, I'll see what the latest reading shows |
