Default best post training drink for after workout

hi new to site.
anyone any ideas about a good post training drink that will help to put on more bulk. been using eas mass factor?

Probably extreme's build and recover. Or a home made mix of whey protien with a high GI carbohydrate like dextrose or maltodextrin

extreme is popular but i use dex, whey gluatmine and creatine always done me well

any of the above... but it also depends on what the rest of your diet and training is like.. a good workout drink on its own will not work miracles!!!

I think I will try the extreme for a change and see how I get on.

Have been trainig well at the moment though i had a knee operation in December last year which has not allowed me to train legs to the same intensity as upper body so dont want to get too out of proportion but still want to put on some size.
