Default any help guys mass and gains wanted

ive searched and looked up all type of deits but im wondering what would be best for me im ok for my size but hey we all wanna be bigger lol i certainly do !!! been told to pop this post up to get the best advice etc on what i need.

im 22, i weigh 10.5 stone and im 5.8 high

i eat when i can when ever i wouldnt even say i have a set deit i need to plann my self sum days i only manage to eat tea thats it hense why im at the point of not growning

so far ive gathered food like meats,cheese,eggs etc ae good what other types should i look for or towards to eat ? should i lay off the fatty food ie maccy ds ? kfc which i seem to find my self having over the weekends ops:

well you have definatly come to the right place for advice...

try something along these lines Mon - Fri then eat what you want over the weekend but make sure you get some quality protein in..

Meal 1:
Porridge 100g
1 banana
protein shake

Meal 2:
MRP drink with handful of nuts
1 peice of fruit

Meal 3:
50g basmati rice (dry weight)
2 chicken breasts
Salad

Meal 4:
MRP drink with handful of nuts
1 peice of fruit

Meal 5:
Post training drink containing
40g Carbs
60g protein
10g L-Glutamine
10g creatine

Meal 6:
200g of either Chicken/Fillet Steak/Salmon
1 large jacket spud
Loads of veg

Meal 7:
50g Oats
Protein shake

this should get you going....

really apprciate the time mate for posting that up im popping in town to get it and go for it, im going to stick to it too,



also is there any thing i shouldnt over eat that stops me growing ? sorri if that sounds daft but sum foods take ages to digest >?

not really jamie mainly because each meal should be two and half to three hours apart....
