Default pre contest, post workout drink

DO you guys change what you have post workout when preparing for a show?

Does taking a simple sugar at this point affect a low carb diet ?

No, most of my team keep using their Build and Recover right up to a week or so out and it doesn't hinder their condition.

Trying to maintian shape but smoothed over but not any bigger!

Keep doing what you are doing, I would say the B+R would be more important if you were on a diet and running on low carbs.
