Before I post them, can you let us know what time of the day you train and do you train the same time every day Also, I remember from your other thread that you only eat 2 meals a day. Is there a reason for this? |

Eating for size id just as hard as training, you need to do your work in prepping your scoff and make sure you have the food sources available. www.extremenutrition.co.uk ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! I mainly train in the afternoons on mon, wed, fri between 1pm and 7pm depending on what im doing, sometimes in the morning... I was only eating twice a day to lose weight! But i want to build muscle more than lose weight now, so from what i've read here I believe I need to get my diet right and eat loads more!! I have brought some Protien shake mix aswell now to add to a diet I'll be starting! any ideas of a effective diet to start with will be great! thanks. |

Make a commitment to stick to that (allow the odd cheat meal here and there) for three months and then review your goals. I reckon you'll pack on quite a bit of size in that time |

An easy approach maybe also to make a huge batch of something, like: 500 grams cous-cous/brown rice, 100 grams raisins, 100 grams raw cashews, 50 grams olive oil, with 800 grams chicken. Then eat that throughout the day, over 6 - 8 meals... ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

That makes a nice mid-afternoon aperitif Jonstan - sorry, it's a running joke. Check out the recipe though. Although I take the p**s, it works |
