Why can't you join a gym?

How do you expect to gain significant muscle without lifting weights... or do you mean you are willing to lift weights but can't afford a gym..

This guy has started a seperate thread to reply to you Paul, he lives in Tz, which I'm guessing is Tazmania.

You don't live next to a gym, ok, but do you have access to weights at all?

What knowledge do you have on the subject of building your physique at the moment? Tell us the answers to these please so we can advise you.
