You are entitled to two 10 to 15 minute breaks between 9 and 1 and then 2 and 5.30.

P.S Nick is your diet a cutting diet?

I think you just have to try and eat what you can when you can!
Real food can be a problem mid morning and mid afternoon! Homemmade bars and shakes can be a god send!

I have a 9-5 job mate. TBH I think it works well, as I use my mid morning break and afternoon break as my meal times ( morning break I'd have a pre-prepared MRP, and afternoon I'll have a whey in water - from the tub I keep under my desk - and a banana and/ or a flapjack possibly a few nuts )

Get a feel for how the people are at your new job first, but there are ways around it.

Mind, I work in a catering environment so i get my lunch every day ( chicken breasts/salmon/steak/rice/jackets etc...) so I'm very lucky on that front.

...Sometimes even see LeeB sneak in for a danish pastry or 7 !!!!
