| Under Construction | I keep hearing different things from different people. The latest I've heard from the personal trainer at the gym is 45 mins to 1 1/2 hrs after training. Is this correct? It suits me if it is because often I do 3/4 an hour of boxing straight after weights and then I like a jacuzzi, sauna etc, so it's often an hour and a half before I get home. Should it be sooner? What is the official answer? Maybe I should take a flask to the gym so I can have it sooner after workout?.... |

High or low GI necessity varies depending on school of thought. My pwo is a shake with oats and banana immediately followed by a meal about an hour later |
