Default Vitamins what type do you take and why?

Just wondering what type of vitamins does everyone use and why. At the moment i use a multi vit, vitimim C and E and Flaxseed oil morning and nighttime.

Dont know why i use them it's just that they seem to be the common ones that people take.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can't say its a miracle supplement but i think it reduces the peaks and troughs of mood and suppresses depression a little. Its also very cheap.
