| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 5 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi peeps, i have read loads about the benefits of L-Glutamine. I bought some yesterday but I am confused as to how often and what amounts I should be taking. Could you guys give me some pointers. At the moment I am thinking before and after training and just once per day on none training days. Is that about right? |
