| Legend | Remember that after cardio, your metabolism remains elevated for several hours , try spliting your cardio up doing 30 min in the morning and the same at night keeping you metabolism up, Also when dieting be carefull not to restrict your caleries so low that your metabolism becomes sluggish ![]() |

Hammer - your diet is ok'ish but could be soo much better.. here is my advice.. breakfast 7:45 Quote:
75g Oats + splenda extreme protein drink mixed in water 10:00 am Quote:
1:00 pm ish Quote:
Tuna or Chicken Salad with basmati rice and olive oil 3:00 pm Quote:
Quote:
2 scoops Extreme build and recover (all carbs taken straight after training will get used repairing muscle and will not be stored as fat...) 7:00pm Quote:
Chicken/Steak or salmon and lots of veg and salad bedtime Quote:
or 100g cottage cheese....this will help sustain a caonstant release of amino's whilst you sleep. Quote:
this is good... all i have done is taken out the carbs from pasta and spuds later on in the day and replaced the other carb sources with lower GI sources for sustained release. also i have suggested you use good fats as this will help release fats for fuel. hope this helps... | |||||||||
