Default How many Cytogainer shakes?

Hey Guys.

I'm about to go on a 2 1/2 month bulking phase. I'm a hardgainer and want to gain as much weight as possible in this time frame. I would like to put a lot of quality muscle on, but I'm not too concerned about putting on a good amount of body fat either because my BF % now is only 8 %. I'm very cut.

I have large amounts of Cytogainer on hand and my question is this. Would taking in 3 gainer shakes in between meals have a much better effect then taking in just 2 gainer shakes in between meals a day? Or would I be wasting the product taking in 3 shakes versus 2? I am going to be eating tons of clean food (chicken breasts, rice, potatoes, oats, egg whites, peanut butter, tuna, pasta ect.) in 4-5 "real food" meals a day.

I just want to know if it would benefit me better to take in 2 or 3 shakes a day.

Thanks.

Work out what your protein/carb/fat and calorie intake is with the real food. Say for example those 4 meals get you 2500 cals. Give your stats i'd say a minimum of 3500 to bulk, so have however many shakes it takes to get up to that target each day...

or along those lines ... ;P

3 shakes means your body gets a better chance to digest them then using the same amount of powder in 2 shakes.

I don't know too much about the ingredients of Cyto Gainer so don't know what the carb sources are but I think your better spreading things out.
