| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Germany Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | hi everyone. I am new to the site and would be grateful of some advice. I always eat about 40-50g of sugar (dissolved in water) straight after a weights session as i read somewhere before that it starts the growing process. I then have my protien shake about 15 mins later. I have had a look through the forums at peoples diets and have not noticed anything about it. Am I right in this approach, advice/opinions appreciated. |
