| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Spain Posts: 262 Rep Power: ![]() | not 100% sure about this, so don't blame me if it goes wrong. makes approx 8 pancakes. 200g flour (use wholemeal if you like) pinch of salt (optional) 4 eggs 300ml milk 300ml water 100g instantised whey (if not instantised mix it up in a blender with the water first) Add the milk and water to the eggs and flour gradually, depending on the size of the eggs etc you may need slightly less or more water/milk. Work towards a runny consistency, similar to single/double cream. Leave the mixture to stand for a couple of hour before cooking. |

Fry both sides until golden brown with a tsp of olive oiul or some low cal spray. It's an aquired taste, but you can add a dessert spoon pf honey or sugar free jam or some sugar free peanut butter. Taste a hell of alot better |
