my bad, think i may have been quoting you anyway from somewhere along the lines?

cooking an egg boil/fry etc, does any off this effect the nutritional values of an egg? Because i find it alot easier to put them in a shake rather than cook them (most of the time)

cheers Sean

Raw egg whites contain a glycoprotein named Avidin which binds preferrentially to Biotin in the body. Biotin is a B-vitamin, and constant excessive consumption of raw eggs can lead to biotin deficiency.
