Default Super strength sfter a weekend pig out!!!

At the weekend, I ended eating far more than I should have, went out to dinner, went to friends houses and even ate cake!!! Felt quite revolting afterwards!
Well, I hit then gym yesterday, and oh my god I had such a massive leg workout, I seemed to get stronger the more I worked out! I did 100kg squats followed by 179kg(full stack) leg press and then 79kg leg extension!! I know it probably doesn't sound that much to most of you, but I was chuffed to bits!!!!!
Despite lots of stretching throughout and after, my legs are shot to pieces  and I can barely walk up and down the stairs today. A good result I'd say

Good lifts! Big glycogen stores make for a good workout.
