Default Andy's diet

As some of you know, I like to keep things simple. This goes for my diet too. I thought I'd post a typical day's food for you to look at.

I gained 35+lbs of good quality gains in an 11 week test 500mg cycle eating like this.

Its nothing fancy at all! I like to keep it as simple as possible. No 8-10 meals for me, in fact sometimes i eat over 5 meals. I kick start the day with a very large breakfast......

9.00 - 3 weetabix in milk, two slices wholemeal toast and olive spread, 1.5 scoops whey with 25-30gm oats, 250ml grapefruit juice.

12.00 - Large turkey baguette, 1 litre soya milk.

15.00 - 100+gm oats and whey shake.

18.00 - Large plate of basmati rice and chicken.

TRAIN

20.00 - 100+gm oats and whey shake with honey.

23.00 - Can tuna, 250-400ml milk, 5-7 plain rice cakes.

looks good. I find keeping things simple works wonders for your mentality. I also find people who endlessly argue a minute point of diet usually just have an underlying issue. How many people do you know that get entirely objectively drawn into a debate and really push an argument.

Usually the people who push calories over macro's have a crap macro ratio and would find this more difficult. The people who advocate carb manipulation store a lot of fat on high carb etc..

Do what works for you plain and simple. 35 pounds in 11 weeks is working keep in up buddy.

I really does work wonders for your mentality. I enjoy training and eating but I have many other interests in my life so I try to keep things as simple (but still very effective) as possible and not get too stressed! :-)
