| Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Bristol Posts: 3,230 Rep Power: ![]() | update: being very dedicated with my diet and sticking to the principles in a hardcore way. no cheating... today: 10am, 1 scoop whey before swimming, 11am, 125grams tiger prawns, 1230 4 whole eggs, 2 whites, 230pm 200 grams chicken with olive oil, 5pm, 2 scoops on whey, in a minute i'll have the rest of the chicken (200 grams ish), gym at 8, whey isolate at 930 before cardio, 2 scoops whey isolate after gym, then before bed at 1230am, i'll have something else probably some more chicken, sugarfree jelly, and a scoop of egg powder with some natty PB Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
