Default WHATS IN YOUR PWO SHAKE

For me:-

80g Carbs
55g Protein
o.2g fat

5g Glutamine
5g Creatine
2g Vit C


I am a little worried with my ratios of carbs to protein..Is the protein to high in the shake???

2 scoops whey, 20 grams dextrose, 30 grams oats
5 grams BCAAs

It would be difficult, as i'd have to add another 1/4 of a dextrose tablet. 16g is the nearest estimate to what I think I need. Sarcastic ****ers
