Default Cooking oil spray

Ive heard of this stuff and would like to try it but i cant find it

Anyone use it?

i use 1cal

its good, 10 sprays and still only 1 gram of fat (ish), and enough to cook anything in. However i use olive oil a lot of the time beacuse of healthy efa..

This stuff is great at only 1 cal a spray not sure of the name off the top of my head but I will post it later on.

I don't use any oil as the pans I use are heavy duty non-stick pans...

& they last much longer than these cheap Tefal pans.

Once you cook your steak/turkey/chicken, all you need to do is wipping the pan(still hot) with some kitchen roll... No need to wash it

Was reading Laymen's Guide a while back, and he recommends spraying yourself down with it prior to posing out on stage!

you can buy spray olive oil which is on the shelves next to all the other cooking oils. I don't tend to use oil, I use a wok and put the lid on which kind of steams it a little bit to get some moisture into it! x
