All the food im eating seems to be catching up with me, whats the best way to releive a bloated stomach, trapped wind?

I find plenty of water helps but im guessing that your already drinking loads.

Try switching your food sources to find out what is causing the bloat, it sounds like you have an intolerance issue to me.

Likely culprets are, eggs, milk, wheat, yeast, gluten, monosodium glutemate and assorted artificial sweetners are the usual suspects but it could be many others too so try skipping things you eat daily, choose 1 at a time and don't eat that food for a week then switch till you find which one it is.

Recently i've started eating copious amounts of oats....could these be the problem?
