| Illuminati | hey bud-you really must start doing leg work-it has a knock on effect for the whole body- i worked shifts for years-just eat as you normally would-ie 6 meals aday-doesnt matter what time you get up and eat breakfast- your home made protein drink is fine-theres nothing wrong with milk if you can tolerate it(i`ve been meaning to add some skimmed milk powder for a while now-as suggested in brawn )checkout garry`s stickied workout in the beginners section 8) btw theres nothing wrong with training at home. |

Milk is nutritionally poor due to the amount of milk sugar compared to other sources of protein of a similar price regardless of how you argues the assimilation and tolerance argument. Whilst the GI is exceptionally low theres still a significant amount of sugars more than in concentrated whey powder. Bulk Powders whey would yield much better leaner gains. |
