Why wait? start as soon as possible..Make sure you have a routine to work too youll find all the help with these in the training forum,Just take it steady for a few weeks and work on your form before worrying about adding a lot of weight.

bad news is that the first two-four weeks back in the game will be the hardest for you...be carefull not to overtrain and be sure to get your diet right and get plenty of rest...good news is you can develop the body you want, if you are committed and dedicated to it...

is there any supps. that will work while im trying to cut the mid section from 36 to my goal 30 inches? Should I replace more than 2 meals a day w/ protien shakes or something? OR
Should I just cut all the damn pizza, and quick crap that ive been puttin in my body, and take loads of vitamins? Im leaning more toward the second option, but I really want to try meal replacement as well.
btw the pizza and crap is already cut Im just thinking shakes will be alot quicker than putting together a set meal plan. May be a dumb question, but I had to ask.

Another question: How do ya'll feel about deer meat, and other wild game?
