thats a little high..im about 1-1.5/pound...too much can stress your kidneys, but I dont think you are in that range...other than that, I will say I heard that more than 35g/serving cant be used and will be turned to waste...

How much protein is recommended as a post-workout meal? I recently spoke to Canadian professional wrestler Joe E Legend and he says about 30g is all the body can handle in one meal, the rest is either stored as fat or shat out. I know I should be looking at around 5-6 meals a day, but it's the amount of protein just after I've come back from the gym which I'm wondering about.
