I recently spoke to Canadian professional wrestler Joe E Legend and he says about 30g is all the body can handle in one meal, the rest is either stored as fat or shat out. I know I should be looking at around 5-6 meals a day, but it's the amount of protein just after I've come back from the gym which I'm wondering about. |
