Im eating loads of dried bannana slices at the mo, are these ok?? Anyone got any other suggestions of stuff I can snack on?? Gotta be low fat!! ______________________ You dont win friends with salad..... |

If your not worried about fats then nuts are good for snacking on they are great for giving you a full feeling, if you are worried about fats but need to have something due to hunger try fibre tabs get the no sugar/salt/caffeine 440 mg ones from nearly anywhere and have 2 with water instead of eating WARNING May make you a little more regular if you catch my drift! |
