Default info on bulking diet

Can anyone help better this diet that I'm about to start,(goal to gain mass) this diet consist of one 100% pure whey protein shake @ 7:00am with multivitamins
breakfast 8:00, one serving of creatine/ two eggs, toast , bowl of pure whey cerial
9:00m tuna fish with cheese melted on top,
lunch 12:00pm baked chicken, vetables, baked potato's
3:00pm peant butter sandwich with glass of milk
5:00pm 100% pure whey preotein shake before work out
7:00pm baked fish/chicken pasta with some type of vetable,
8:00pm one more 100%pure whey protein shake before bed.

after looking at your diet i would suggest that you increase your intake of food as it would seem that you are not eating enough calories.

your diet doesn't look bad, just maybe not enough of the right stuff...check ou the sticky and maybe tweak it out a little...

Yes it's hard to tell when people give diet plans because not always clear what portion size.

also, total calorie and macro-nutrient totals...these are essential to know in your diet and essential to give feedback for a diet...this is something each person must do for them self, since we can't do it just looking at a abridged diet post, and probablly wouldn't do even if any of us had the time ...
