| Under Construction Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 23 Rep Power: ![]() | Can anyone help better this diet that I'm about to start,(goal to gain mass) this diet consist of one 100% pure whey protein shake @ 7:00am with multivitamins breakfast 8:00, one serving of creatine/ two eggs, toast , bowl of pure whey cerial 9:00m tuna fish with cheese melted on top, lunch 12:00pm baked chicken, vetables, baked potato's 3:00pm peant butter sandwich with glass of milk 5:00pm 100% pure whey preotein shake before work out 7:00pm baked fish/chicken pasta with some type of vetable, 8:00pm one more 100%pure whey protein shake before bed. |
