| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: UK Posts: 27 Rep Power: ![]() | 7am 4egg whites scrambled, 2 slices granary bread,pint of orange juice 10am salmon,rice,green beans 1 litre of water 1pm Chicken Breast, Baked Potato, cabbage, 1 litre of water 3pm Pro Pep Protein Drink, large bowl of oats, 1 pint of orange juice 4pm Train - drink 2 litres of water while training 5:30pm 2 bananas, Pro Pep Protein Drink 7pm Beef, pasta, red & yellow peppers, dark leafy lettuce no dressing 1 litre of water 10pm Met Rx, large bowl of sliced apples and pears. |

Similar thing at 10am whilst fruit is good it does contain fructose which isn't ideal so close to sleeping. Very good diet though all round and I'm about the most critical in this section. |
