Default What do people use to add flavour to their food

No we all know that our diets get incredibly boring and eating eggs without any flavour or bare chicken 365 days a year gets monotonous and at times unbearable what flavourings, alternatives, etc. do people use to keep sane.

I regualrly use spices add I occasionally use olive oil dressings.

Eat extra lean beef with piccalilli on brown bread as a kind of cheat meal. Tastes kinda like a hamburger.

Also mix instone puddings with oatmeal which makes that more bearable. Honey or lemon curd if I eat oatmeal just afer training and I'm bulking.

Anyone else

for chicken i use fahita spice mixes. cut the chicken up fry it in a pan with olive oil and then 1nce cooked just pour over the spice mix. this makes the chicken taste gorgeous. i usually have this with brown rice.

salt, pepper, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, cajun seasoning, herbs spices.... bit of everything really.

thai sweet chilli sauce is wicken on your chicken/turkey (providing you aint on a diet)

also udos oil or flax on baked potaoes/rice is good....(have to let them cool a little bit first though!)

couldnt do the plain thing. the week before the show is bad enough for me and thats just a few days!
