Im 6ft 3 ,weight 194lb,32 in waist body fat about 10% im looking to bulk until May 14th then diet for 16 weeks for summer DIET 07:00 2 scoops ON 100% Whey/50g oats 1tbs peanut butter /milk on a week end 3egg white 1 whole scrambled on 2slices of wholemeal bread and OJ 10:00 160g chicken breast/100g of w/meal pasta or brown rice/30g Broccoli/carrots/peas 12:00 train weights PWO 2 scoops whey with a banana in water 14:00 160g chicken breast/100g of w/meal pasta or brown rice/30g Broccoli/carrots/peas 17:00 160g chicken breast/100g of w/meal pasta or brown rice/30g Broccoli/carrots/peas 20:00 Steak of salmon/trout with potatos/rice/pasta and veg 22:00 250g cottage cheese sometimes i substitute the chicken for a tin of tuna in 2 w/meal pittas but only for one meal a day also have an apple and a handfull of nuts during the day and rice cakes when hungry.just ordered Udos Choice oil any suggestions on how much and when to take.I am also thinking of changing cottage cheese for casien before bed do light cv 2 times a week for 30 mins any advice would be great guys [/u][/b] |
